We loved it. The food was great and best part was the grilled cheese sandwich. Make sure to get one every time you go. The fries were crispy and fresh and so was the meal. Not often you get fresh fries when you go out to eat.
Stopped here while passing through fountain inn because it was full of work trucks, which is usually a good indicator of quality.Burger was great, fries were crispy. Crushed ice in the Pepsi. Just a good local restaurant with a no-frills styrofoam plate presentation. Grilled cheese was crazy good.
What a great small town diner! My sandwich was delicious, my boyfriend was very happy with his bacon cheese burger. Can't say enough about the generous portion of onion rings. And Missy who took our order?? What a gem!! We will be back to the Clock in Ft Inn.
I ordered 2 cheeseburger plates and two teas. I got one plate and it was a chili cheeseburger with burnt fries. When I told the lady she said I repeated it back and I said I told you 2 cheeseburger plates and 2 teas both times you repeated it. I told her maybe the speaker is the problem. She just wanted to argue so I said I will get my other plate somewhere else. I left then.
I've eaten here before and the food was ok. Today I got a hamburger steak plate and ate inside. The hamburger steak could have used some seasoning prior to cooking. It was topped with gravy and onions that cut the bland taste. Overall, it was good. Maybe in the future, sweep after the customer has completed a meal. Great place for lunch!! I had the grilled ham and cheese and my husband had the fish. Both sandwiches were really good and the onion rings were hot and crispy. Will definitely visit again.
Piece of hamburger meat tough...It was really salty. Everything was hot though .
